Exceptional Care for your loved ones. My mother has profound/extreme hearing loss and her Phonak BiCross hearing aids began to have issues. We called the Phonak customer service and we were provided a list of clinics.  The first clinic, shockingly refused to see her since the hearing aids were not purchased with them even though they are listed as a Phonak provider and her hearing aids were under warranty (should be mentioned, going to original audiologists was not feasible since it is in a different state that is not adjacent to ours). Thankfully, Dr. Schultz was the second doctor we called, and he immediately offered to help. Since the moment we walked in his office, we felt welcomed. I saw how Dr. Schultz treated my mother with respect and showed understanding. He was incredibly patient, gave her all the time she needed, listened to her concerns, and answered every question. Her hearing aids needed to be sent out to Phonak for repair. Dr. Schultz provided a single loaner hearing aid for the meantime (since mom requires the BiCross system). We were so grateful for this! The repair did not take long. In the second visit, Dr. Schultz clearly explained the repairs and made sure everything was working perfectly. One additional detail (for caregivers with busy schedules), which I very much appreciated! Dr. Schultz offers convenient evening appointments in Clear Lake, WI. This was incredibly helpful to me! It's clear Dr. Schultz loves helping his patients and genuinely cares. My mother has seen many audiologists, and after both visits, she pointed out that Dr. Schultz is the best audiologists she’s ever had. Exceptional Care and Professionalism for Profound Hearing Loss As a 79-year-old individual who has lived with profound/extreme hearing loss for many years, I've seen numerous doctors and understand the challenges of finding a healthcare professional who truly understands. My recent visit to Dr. Samuel Schultz /Northland Audiology in Clear Lake, Wisconsin was a truly remarkable experience, and I'm incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism I received. I recently moved to Wisconsin from another state, and soon after, my Phonak hearing aids began to have problems. I had called another clinic in Wisconsin that had been provided by Phonak customer service, but that first clinic refused to see me and directed me to go back to the audiologist who had sold me the hearing aids in Florida! Dr. Schultz was the second doctor I called, and he immediately offered to help, and an appointment was scheduled. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Schultz demonstrated an understanding of what I've been going through that immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly patient, genuinely cared, and gave me all the time I needed, never rushing our conversation. Dr. Schultz was attentive, truly listened to my concerns, and exhibited extreme professionalism throughout my visits. He took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was with my hearing aids and assisted me by sending them back to Phonak. Once the hearing devices came back, Dr. Shultz explained what the repair entailed (which was many parts of the hearing aids along with the replacement of the charging base) and downloaded the program settings I previously had. He offered to adjust them but they worked perfectly! What truly stood out was his genuine dedication to understanding my unique situation, he was not the audiologist who sold me the hearing aids and made the profit but yet - he was willing to help me. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schutz to anyone, especially those who have struggled with hearing loss for many years and are seeking truly understanding, patient, and professional audiological care. Dr Sam set my husband up for hearing aids. He is so personable and he worked with us regarding scheduling. He took time to listen to all our concerns, figuring out my husband's needs. We were very satisfied with pricing after shopping around and the follow up after receiving them. I’ve seen a number of audiologist and Sam is by far the best. He asked about situations that I was in and needing to hear better.
